• Please fax a hard copy of the art specifying how and where your design should appear on the bag. Unless otherwise noted the imprint will be centered within the printable area of the bag. (Note: due to bag construction this printable area may not be the exact center of the bag.) ■ Proofs Orders accompanied by a hard copy of artwork will NOT be proofed unless requested. Please note that we e-mail proofs to the e-mail address provided on your purchase order. ■ Artwork Charges: Typesetting: $4.00 (E) per line. If electronic art manipulation is necessary, it will be billed at $70 (G)/hr with a 1/2 hour min. ■ Cancellations: Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to all costs incurred to date.

We can accept PC files from Illustrator or CorelDRAW that are saved or exported to a mac compatible format. All fonts must be converted to outlines, paths or curves.

Include necessary traps allowing for the overprint of 2 or more colors with tight registration. Please allow for press movement of up to 1/8”. Artwork involving more than 4 colors must be pre-approved and additional charges may apply. ■ Bag Dimensions Bag dimensions may vary +/- 1/2” to 1”. ■ WHITE INK ON COLORED FILM DISCLAIMER White ink on colored bags will not print as a solid white. This is due to the properties of the bag material and the transparent nature of ink — the underlying bag color will introduce a color tint to the white.
■ PLATE CHARGES FOR PLASTIC BAGS & PAPER BAGS Plate charges are additional and a plate is required for each color and for each side. Standard plate pricing does not apply. E-mail art for pricing. It will vary based on the complexity of the artwork and will be quoted after receipt of artwork. ■ PROOFS Paper proofs are submitted at no charge on orders for which camera ready art to size was not supplied. ■ RUSH ORDERS Rush production schedules may be available. Please call for information. Due to production parameters, we anticipate over or under runs to vary from 10% to 20% based upon product, bag size, complexity of design and printing process. All over run quantities will be invoiced and may not be disputed. ■ SPLIT SHIPMENTS Full case quantities apply per bag style. Charges are determined by the number of addresses and the quantity per shipment. This service is not available on all items. ■ CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to all incurred costs, including set-up charges, plates, and artwork. ■ SPECIAL FREIGHT FEES Inside delivery, residential, redelivery, COD, International, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico incur additional fees. Convention center deliveries may result in freight charges higher than quoted freight amount will be billed accordingly. American Ad Bag reserves the right to submit supplemental invoices after the original invoice has been issued.
